Terms of use

Effective September 1, 2026

Journey is made by EnlightenAI. Using the app means agreeing to these terms; they are short because the deal is simple. You need to be old enough to hold your own Apple account.

Your content

Everything you put into Journey stays yours. You give us only the permission needed to store it, process it, and show it back to you and the people you invite to your trips. Sharing a trip shares its contents with the people you invite, at the role you give them.

Journey Pro

• Journey Pro is an optional subscription. The price and billing period are shown in the app before you buy.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Cancel anytime in your App Store subscription settings; the subscription stays active until the end of the paid period.
• Where a free trial is offered, its length and the price after it are shown before you start. Payment is charged to your Apple account; Apple's own terms also apply to the purchase.
• Refunds are handled by Apple through the App Store.

Fair use

Do not use Journey to break the law, to abuse other people, or to abuse the service itself. Awen and the import features have usage limits that keep the service healthy; the app tells you when you reach them.

What Journey is not

Journey organizes your travel; it does not operate it. Bookings, tickets, visas, and schedules belong to the companies and authorities that issue them. Verify the details that matter with the source, especially entry requirements. Awen is an assistant, not an authority, and can be wrong.

Availability

We work to keep Journey reliable, including offline access to your documents, but the service is provided as is, and no service is perfect. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to what you paid for the service in the last twelve months.

Ending things

You can stop using Journey and delete your account in the app at any time. We can suspend accounts that break these terms. If we ever discontinue the service, we will say so with enough notice to take your data with you.
